Sorry I didn't get this posted last week.
On Friday we will be holding a "Rockies School Rally". This school wide assembly is a character education program, designed to entertain students while showing them how to make an impact on their lives and communities by teaching them the importance of staying in school, refusing drugs, getting involved and respect.
It would be great if students could wear Rockies colors - purple and black or Today we had Ms. Murray, our school psychologist intern, come in and talk to us about bullying. It was a very powerful lesson and she talked to the students about how bullies come in all shapes and sizes, the different ways people are bullied and how to respond to a bully. We acted out a couple different scenarios and watched a clip from youtube. I'm attaching the link below because it was a great video.
